KNOWING GOD’S WILL

Determining God’s Will for your life.

So many people would like to know God’s Will for their lives. Question, “If only I knew what God wanted me to do?” Determining God’s Will is one of the greatest questions in people’s lives that I talk to daily, both young and old. “IF ONLY I KNEW.” The world and immature Christians tell us you can know God’s Will. But for N.T. believers, that is not biblical. God’s Word promises us in scripture, we can know the next step of obedience. The word is next step. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ does not promise He will show us, but just the next step and sometimes a little more. I have found for me, just the next step.

A good question, how do we find the next step? The answer is very simple and biblical. Spending time with the One who knows the next step. Jer. 33.3 and taking the next step by faith. 2 Cor. 5:7 We walk by faith and not by sight.

Growing your faith is very important before we walk by faith. Determining God’s Will for your life comes first from knowing that The Holy Spirit of God is in you. Rom. 8:9. Second, you must spend time with Him and in His Word. Third, IS FAITH. Heb. 11:6, tells us, “without faith,it is impossible to please Him.” To see that next step in our lives, is having the faith to take that step that He tells us to take. So as we are spending time with Him, He will tell us the next step to take and by faith we will take it. This begins a life of listening to Jesus, spending time with Jesus and obedience to always take the next step of faith.

Determining God’s Will for our life is on the very heart of God. We can know His will. In scripture, we can find all of the answers to our questions and our situations that we are in at the present time. Finding God Will is available for you today in God’s Word.
